On Thursday, per The Guardian, the Orleans Criminal District Court held a hearing where Judge Simone Levine rolled back on Shia's bond. Of course, you know the actor was arrested on Mardi Gras in New Orleans following some wild partying. He was released not long after, not having to pay any bail, and bounced right back over to Bourbon Street for some more partying. Then, we found out he allegedly hurled some homophobic slurs during his arrest... Yikes. And the Judge isn't letting that go.
