Sorry, Shia LaBeouf! You're not getting out of trouble that easily! On Thursday, per The Guardian, the Orleans Criminal District Court held a hearing where Judge Simone Levine rolled back on Shia's bond. Of course, you know the actor was arrested on Mardi Gras in New Orleans following some wild partying. He was released not long after, not having to pay any bail, and bounced right back over to Bourbon Street for some more partying. Then, we found out he allegedly hurled some homophobic slurs during his arrest... Yikes. And the Judge isn't letting that go. Related: Cops Called To Shia's Home Over Fight Between Exes Days Before His Arrest She imposed a $100,000 bond on Shia that he's now going to have to fork over cash for because of the homophobic slurs. She said those allegations weren't in the initial court docs when he was freed - so the ruling has been rethought. Not only that, she said he'd have to do mandatory rehab and participate in a drug-testing program. No word on how the rehab enrolling is going, but he did post bond and remains out of custody, per the outlet. Shia's next court date is March 19. We'll be sure to keep you updated as we hear more.
