New details regarding sexual assault allegations against Rosie O'Donnell's daughter Chelsea O'Donnell have revealed the reason behind her probation revocation. TMZ obtained a report from the State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections on Tuesday, February 24, revealing that Chelsea allegedly touched a man's genitals without permission - forcing the court to cancel Chelsea's probation. In October 2025, Us Weekly broke the news that Chelsea's probation was revoked as a result of the alleged incident, though no further details were given at that time. The report obtained by TMZ claims Chelsea was operating a car at the time of the alleged incident. The alleged victim was sitting in the backseat on the passenger side when Chelsea allegedly reached into the backseat and touched his inner thigh. According to TMZ, the man pushed Chelsea's hand away before she allegedly "touched his genitals." The report claimed that she "got upset" and allegedly started driving "erratically." (Chelsea was initially sentenced to six years probation in January 2025 after she reached a plea deal with prosecutors following three back-to-back arrests.) A court official noted that Chelsea had not shown significant progress in her drug treatment program prior to the apparent violation. "The facts surrounding this request have been staffed with the Marinette County Treatment Drug Court Team and have been deemed sufficient grounds to warrant termination from the Marinette County Treatment Drug Court Program," documents obtained by Us at the time read. Us confirmed in December 2025 that Chelsea had checked-in to the Taycheedah Correctional Institution in November following the probation revocation.
