Sarah Ferguson is doing whatever the hell she can to keep it together! The former Duchess of York has been MIA long before her ex-husband Andrew Mountbatten Windsor was arrested last week on suspicion of misconduct in public office. Awful Andrew's cuffing came after revelations from the Jeffrey Epstein files sent shockwaves through the world. And the files didn't make her look great, either! The exes were just recently kicked out of Royal Lodge, and Fergie had elected to go her own way, to live independently. But after the arrest, nobody knew where she was! The latest People had learned as of late January was that she planned to spend time overseas, and other sources insisted she wasn't at her daughters Princess Beatrice or Princess Eugenie's homes either. As the Epstein files started coming out and Sarah and Andrew were back in the spotlight for their controversial ties to the convicted sex offender, Sarah flew to Switzerland. A Swiss source told DailyMail.com on Sunday that the author checked into the Paracelsus Recovery Clinic in Zurich after Christmas and stayed til the end of January. They explained: "She always feels at home at Paracelsus, and knows she'll get love and attention there, as well as expert health treatment when she's feeling at her most vulnerable." Another friend in the area told the outlet that the 66-year-old was "absolutely crushed" by her email exchanges going public, which is why she turned to a place of comfort for support: "Sarah has built up a strong relationship with Paracelsus, so it was the obvious place for her to get away from everything." The treatment center is said to be very "discreet" - but it comes with a big price tag! Programs range from around $122,000 to $154,000 A WEEK! Phew! Clients each get access to at least 15 professionals, including doctors, therapists, and other specialists, during their stay. They reside in private lakefront properties and get bougie amenities like a personal chef. Sarah has appeared in promotional videos for the clinic, posted about it on social media (see her June post HERE), and even penned an op-ed for The Telegraph about it last year, so she has a long history with them. It makes sense why she would go there then! That said, Paracelsus Recovery declined to confirm her stay, telling People: "As a matter of policy, we never confirm or deny whether any individual is or has been under our care." Following the extended stay at the clinic, it's believed she spent time in the French Alps. According to DM, she is currently in the United Arab Emirates, where she supposedly told friends last week: "I need to get back to work. I need money." So, how the heck did she pay for that treatment center?? Given she appears in an endorsement on the center's website posted just days ago, per the outlet, it's possible she might have gotten free care for her promotion. When she's not at this facility, she's couch surfing and following her daughters amid their travels, such as reportedly joining Eugenie's ski trip in Switzerland last week, a source told the outlet: "Sarah is sofa-surfing on a global scale by moving around every few days and deliberately not telling people where she has been staying until she's left the location. She is paranoid her location will be discovered so is moving frequently. She notifies friends of her last location only once she has safely moved on to the next. She wants to avoid being photographed. The girls would hate for their mother to be seen looking startled and fraught like former prince Andrew." Exactly what Andrew's plan supposedly was before police showed up at his home! It sounds exhausting, though. We wonder how long she'll keep this up??
