A day after the 53-year-old actor passed away following a battle with ALS, she took to Instagram on Friday to honor him with pictures of them from their Grey's Anatomy days. Kate also penned an emotional caption, saying: "I'm at a loss for words to try to express the sadness around Eric's passing.
