Bravo has not yet announced season 2 of Next Gen NYC, but if it happens, there's a good chance Tamra Judge's daughter Sophia Barney will be around for it. Barney, 19, appeared alongside her mom on the Wednesday, August 6, episode of "The Viall Files," where she revealed she would "possibly" be interested in Next Gen season 2 and that she is "in talks" to move to New York City. "She wants to go to music school and that's one of the choices," said Judge, 57, declining to name the specific school. "She's doing general ed right now, just community, then she's gonna transfer to music school." Then, in true mom fashion, she dropped a quick detail about her daughter's love life. "And the fact that she has a cute boyfriend that wants to move to New York too," she said. Is 'Next Gen NYC' Coming Back for Season 2? What We Know So Far Barney was quick to clarify that her unnamed boyfriend is not the reason she's interested in moving east. "We've been talking about moving to New York [since] before that," she said. "That's just the cherry on top. It would be awesome to bring him and have someone there that I know and trust and care about." In addition to Sophia, Judge shares estranged daughter Sidney, 25, and son Spencer, 24, with ex-husband Simon Barney, whom she divorced in 2011. She also shares son Ryan Vieth, 39, with ex-husband Darren Vieth. Judge has been married to husband Eddie Judge since 2013. Though Sophia admitted she doesn't watch much TV at all - not even the Real Housewives of Orange County - she's not immune from hearing others criticize her mom. She took the time on Wednesday to defend Tamra from her detractors. Fans Are Convinced Shannon Beador's Daughter Sophie Is Joining 'Next Gen LA' "Obviously it makes me upset because they don't know what the hell they're talking about," she said. "They know nothing about our life at all, and we were just talking about this." "I think one of my biggest pet peeves is, people are just stupid," she continued. "They don't know us. It's all parasocial; it's very parasocial. People will think that they know her, and they don't at all." Sophia then took a moment to speak directly to her mother, calling her "the most hardworking person I know." "I feel it every day, I know you love me, and I love you so much," she said. "People don't see that. I guess it's hard because you only see a little blip through TV and whatever, and you can't really know a person through that. But I love you, you're very caring and you work hard."
