[Warning: Potentially Triggering Content] You know by now that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly known as Prince Andrew, was arrested for suspected misconduct in public office on Thursday - the day of his 66th birthday - and the Epstein files played a big part in the bust. There have been sexual assault allegations against the former Duke of York for years, as the late Virginia Giuffre claimed his longtime friend Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficked her to him when she was only 17. However, the US Department of Justice released millions of documents in January that brought to light another one of his alleged crimes. The DOJ dropped potentially incriminating emails of the former Duke of York sharing confidential government information with Epstein when he served as the UK's special representative for international trade and investment from 2001 to 2011, which is obviously a big no-no. Not only that, but more disturbing photos and messages tying Andrew to the heinous actions of the sex offender and his accomplice/former girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell. He reportedly sent the financier details about his upcoming trips as trade envoy to Singapore, Vietnam, Shenzhen in China and Hong Kong, where he was accompanied by Epstein's business associates. A month later, he forwarded via email to Epstein official reports of his visits to Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Shenzhen in China written by Amit Patel, his then assistant, just five minutes after he had received them! (c) Department of Justice He also wrote to Epstein in November about wanting to "to discuss and plot" things: "So helpful! I will bring something in case of all contingencies. But principally cold. See you tomorrow afternoon. Really looking forward to seeing you and spending some time with you after so long. Some interesting things to discuss and plot...." (c) Department of Justice What those "things" are? Who knows! But it sounds shady! In 2019, after Virginia's sex abuse allegations, Andrew told BBC Newsnight that he last saw the convicted sex offender in New York in early December 2010 to end their friendship. However, it looks like he may have lied. On Christmas Eve in 2010, Andrew also allegedly sent Epstein a "confidential brief" from the Provincial Reconstruction Team in Helmand Province for International Investment Opportunities, which is in Afghanistan, and asked him if he knew anyone else who might be interested in the information: "Attached is a confidential brief produced by the Provincial Reconstruction Team in Helmand Province for International Investment Opportunities. These are not exclusive to Helmand Province but principally focused on that province. I am going to offer this elsewhere in my network (including Abu Dhabi) but would be very interested in your comments, views or ideas as to whom I could also usefully show this to attract some interest. I have sadly already found out that Gates Foundation doesn't do anything in Afghanistan." (c) Department of Justice Whoa! If it is all true, Andrew has some serious explaining to do... "The Invisible Man" It goes way beyond his questionable business dealings with Epstein, though. We also need to talk about the disgusting accusations and photos against him that pop up in the Epstein files. As we previously reported, among the documents released by the DOJ, there is an email exchange from a person using the alias "The Invisible Man" and asking Ghislaine for "some new inappropriate friends." No words. Andrew is believed to be the man, as he signs off the emails with "A." He also mentions being at Balmoral Summer Camp with the royal family. Ghislaine later refers to "the invisible man" as "Andrew" while trying to get Juanesteban Ganoza to act as a tour guide during a trip to Peru and organize "two-legged sightseeing," as well as find "intelligent, pretty and fun" girls "from good families" for her friend. He is also seen on his hands and knees, hovering over the woman, in another image. The DOJ didn't provide context, like when and where the images were taken. It is also unknown what exactly is
