ESPN and People report that Jones, with whom Rice, 25, shares two sons, filed suit in Dallas County District Court on Monday, February 16, alleging that she was "physically assaulted by Defendant Rashee Rice at their homes located in Victory Park, Texas, and Lee's Summit, Missouri" over an 18-month period between December 2023 and July 2025. Jones is seeking more than $1 million, per the ESPN report.
