According to PageSix, the official death certificate for the self-proclaimed "Prince of Darkness" listed his profession as "songwriter, performer and rock legend." It was previously reported that Osbourne's official cause of death was ruled to be a combination of cardiac arrest, acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease two weeks after his death at 76 on July 22.
