Peter Greene's cause of death has been revealed two months after his body was found in his New York City apartment. The New York Chief Medical Examiner's office revealed on Wednesday, February 18, that Greene died of a "gunshot wound of left axilla with injury of brachial artery," according to People. Greene's manner of death was ruled an accident. Us Weekly has reached out to the medical examiner's office to confirm. News broke in December 2025 that Greene, best known for his role in Pulp Fiction, was found dead in his apartment at the age of 60.
