The drama between Stephen "tWitch" Boss' mom and Allison Holker is messier than anyone realized! According to Dailymail.com on Wednesday, Connie Boss Alexander sued the 38-year-old ballroom dancer last year, claiming she had been "cut off" from her three grandchildren, Maddox, 9, Zaia, 6, and Weslie, 17, whom tWitch adopted. She claimed she was fearful her relationship with her grandkids would "deteriorate," leaving a "permanently disrupted" family bond. Connie and her loved ones felt the Dancing With The Stars alum not only blindsided them by dropping a book but also accused her of "cherry-picking" what to reveal about Stephen. She claimed the relationship with her grandchildren ended following tWitch's death - a "unilateral and retaliatory decision" made by Allison. And Connie is not the only one cut off! Stephen's other family members haven't been able to see or talk to the kids, either! She wrote in the filing: "Unfortunately, shortly following my son's passing, [Allison] refused to allow me or any other members of our family to communicate with or see the Minor Children. My hope is that this Court can grant me limited grandparent visitation in a way that neither infringes on [Allison's] autonomy or disrupts their life. I believe it in the best interests of the Children to continue to have a relationship with their father's family, especially now that he is no longer present in their lives." Connie explained that tWitch was the "primary point of contact" connecting her with Weslie, Maddox, and Zaia while she lived in Arizona and the kids lived in California at the time. However, she alleged that "after Stephen passed, things changed," and she no longer had frequent contact with the kids, including via phone calls, FaceTime, text, or social media, which used to take place "multiple times per week."
