The department then contacted the Coshocton County Sheriff's Office to help find and capture Fosnaugh, 25. Investigators looked into the case, and they grew to believe that Fosnaugh previously dated Tovmash in Ohio, according to a press release shared by the Moore County Sheriff's Office.
