OMG!!! TMZ has received another email from the person claiming to know who Nancy Guthrie's kidnapper is - and they have a big proposition for them! According to the outlet on Monday, they received a fourth email from the anonymous man demanding $100k in Bitcoin for information about Nancy's alleged abductor and their location. The email includes the same Bitcoin address as the previous three notes, so it's confirmed to be from the same person. In the new note, the person states: "I know what I saw 5 days ago south of the border and I was told to shut up so I know who he is and that was definitely Nancy with them." Wow! Not only are they claiming Nancy was taken to Mexico, but they're yet again hinting that there are multiple suspects involved! And if they only saw them "5 days ago," well, that certainly gives more hope that she could be alive (considering it's been two weeks since she was taken). As for why they won't just talk to the FBI directly, the man said he has a burglary on his record from 10 years ago and is therefore worried about coming forward because he doesn't want to be implicated in the crime. He is again asking for $50,000 in Bitcoin up front for the information he has (and wants the rest to follow after an arrest, as previously stated). But now TMZ has a proposition for him! Harvey Levin urged the person to send them another email with the information they have to spill, which they will forward onto the FBI as they have been doing with all the notes. That way, if this information proves to be accurate and valuable, there will be a record of the tip coming from this person. Basically, it helps prevent the authorities from being stingy with the reward money. TMZ will have the receipts! Harvey added that the FBI was well aware he was making this suggestion. The person is clearly comfortable contacting the entertainment outlet at this point. They've already sent several communications. What's one more that could potentially get them the money they're after AND help find a missing woman?? We'll have to wait and see if this person agrees...
