Neighbors With Benefits alum Tony McCollister has been formally indicted on 30 criminal counts in Ohio, where a judge has forbidden him from having any contact with children or animals, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly. McCollister, 43, had his bond set at $250,000 bond, and Us received conflicting information from officials as to whether he posted that amount for his release.
