A cause of death has reportedly been revealed for 90 Day Fiancé star Elizabeth "Libby" Castravet's dad, Chuck Potthast. Potthast died at age 64 from blunt force injuries to the face and neck after he fell in a bathtub, according to the Hillsborough County, Florida, medical examiner's autopsy report obtained by TMZ on Friday, February 13. His injuries reportedly included facial lacerations and a fractured C6 vertebra. Additionally, the report listed positional asphyxia as a factor, according to the outlet.
