Brooks Nader is excited to be in her last year of her 20s. Nader, 28, exclusively opened up to Us Weekly about what her next decade will look like while celebrating the launch of her partnership with John Frieda in New York City on Thursday, February 12. When asked what she's "determined to do" in the last year of her 20s, Nader replied, "Somebody who I really respect and love and have always looked up to told me that in your 29th year to your 39th year, you become your most sexually in tune version of yourself." She continued, "This very highly acclaimed, smart person was like, '29 to 39 is your peak of sexual everything,'" noting the statement was "science-based." Brooks Nader Is Open to Dating Women After Gleb Savchenko Breakup "I actually turned a new leaf on looking forward [to this decade] and not even thinking about a number," she shared. As for her current love life, Nader is single and focusing on herself. "I haven't had one spare moment to even call my grandmother back, so I haven't had any time to focus [on dating]," she said to Us. "I feel like the way that I met somebody I spent 10 years with was just at a bar, so I don't know. It happens when it happens." (Nader met her ex-husband, Billy Haire, in 2015, and the duo called it quits in 2024.) Nader continued, "I'm entering this new era of these incredible work projects that I've been so fortunate to be involved in, so I haven't had time for it." "I have severe ADHD, [so] if something confronted me that's amazing and beautiful, like, girl or guy, that's my focus," she told Us. "So, I really don't have a preference, and I just am rocking with whatever life throws my way." Nader previously revealed that she didn't "know" her preference for men and women at a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit launch party in May 2025. "I don't even know, honestly," she told Entertainment Tonight at the time. "Maybe it's Mr., maybe it's Mrs. I don't even know. Who knows? My sister keeps telling me I've got to switch teams. She's over me with the guys." She added, "I'm 28, I've been married only, so I'm like, 'We'll see what happens.'" After divorcing Haire, 39, Nader found love with Gleb Savchenko during season 33 of Dancing With the Stars. I was like, 'Let's just get that over with,'" she told Andy Cohen during a December 2025 episode of Watch What Happens Live. "It was great," she said. "Dancers know how to ... I've heard that from a lot of people and it's true. Highly recommend. Don't marry the dancer, but f*** the dancer." The duo split in April 2025 after Nader accused Savchenko, 42, of cheating on her. He denied the allegations.
