Taylor Swift isn't over her "Opalite" music video just yet. Swift, 36, took to Instagram on Friday, February 13, to announce that she released two extended versions of her music video, which features her and Domhnall Gleeson finding love. "I never want to forget a single detail of this hysterical shoot, and now I don't have to," Swift captioned a number of photos from their time filming together. "Excited to share more of the Opalite Music Video with two extended versions full of dance lessons, our phenomenal cameos, camcorder footage, gigantic scrunchies & fanny pack angles! Parts 1 & 2 are out now at link in bio." In the original music video, fans see Swift ditch her pet rock bestie for Gleeson, 42, who gives up his cactus to be with Swift. The twosome separately see an ad for Opalite spray, which transforms their rock and cactus into each other. Once they connect, Swift and Gleeson hit it off, and their rock and cactus end up getting married. Taylor Swift Finds Mystical Love in Official 'Opalite' Music Video In the extended versions, Swift recalls getting an "idea" for her music video after Gleeson shot his shot and said he wanted to be in one of her music videos during an episode of The Graham Norton Show. The camera then cuts to Swift backstage, getting into character with a brunette wig, learning new dance moves and more. "'Opalite' actually sounds a little bit like a commercial or something," Swift explained. "So, I was like, 'What if it actually was in the music video of this magical product? Opalite is for people who wanna choose to be healed. Opalite is for people who want to choose a path that serves them. In our metaphor, inanimate objects represent the toxic relationship we're in." Swift explained, "I'm best friends with this rock who is always weighing you down. Domhnall, he's in a toxic relationship with a cactus where he's getting hurt every day." YouTube Gleeson then joked that dating a cactus was "complicated." "But it's nice," he added. "I think finding the right person is the whole thing." Swift also shared that their characters are best friends who are also in love. While dancing together, the duo couldn't stop laughing. In the second extended clip, Swift took fans backstage and highlighted Jodie Turner-Smith's role as a workout instructor. "I love the way that her mind works," Turner-Smith, 39, gushed of Swift. "And not only that, but the way we're editing on the fly." The camera then cut to Swift and Turner-Smith behind the camera, already clipping together her scene. Norton, 62, also praised the amount of "detail" in the music video, which also features cameos from Cillian Murphy, Lewis Capaldi and Greta Lee. Swift previously gushed about making "Opalite" last week when she released the music video. "My favorite part about writing is that first spark of an idea," she wrote via Instagram. "It can happen at any time, for any reason. The idea for the Opalite music video crash landed into my imagination when I was doing promo for The Life of a Showgirl." Graham Norton Reveals Whether Travis Kelce Came to 'Opalite' Video Shoot She then recalled being a guest on Norton's show alongside the stars who appear in the video. "I remember thinking I got ridiculously lucky with the group I was paired with," she continued. "All people whose work I've admired from afar. When we were all talking during the broadcast, Domhnall made a light hearted joke about wanting to be in one of my music videos. He's Irish! He was joking! Except that in that moment during the interview, I was instantly struck with an *idea*." Swift also noted that one week after Norton's show, she sent a script for the music video to Gleeson. "I had this thought that it would be wild if all of our fellow guests on the Graham Norton show that night, including Graham himself, could be a part of it too," she recalled, noting that she "had more fun" than she "ever imagined."
