Another suspicious Ring camera video has emerged! TMZ has learned cops are looking into a new video of a man at a Tucson, Arizona, home with a goatee - and it was recorded just days before Nancy Guthrie's disappearance. The video was originally posted to Ring's Neighbors app on January 23. It was filmed about 6.5 miles from the 84-year-old's house. The user claimed in a now-viral post: "This guy appeared in front yard about 3:30 am and then returned about 5:00 am. My dogs went crazy barking and thankfully spooked him away. In the video, the man clearly doesn't want to be spotted by the camera as he walks backwards, attempting to shield his unmasked face. but when he leans over to ring the bell, his face is exposed momentarily, revealing he has similar facial hair to the person in the Nest video at Nancy's house. Watch: A high-ranking law enforcement source connected to the ongoing investigation told TMZ on Friday that the FBI and the Pima County Sheriff's Department are aware of the video and are treating it as a potential lead. It's the second suspicious video from the area that has emerged amid this case. Authorities have asked residents within a 2-mile radius of Nancy's home to check their security footage for anything odd for the entire month of January through February 2, the day after Nancy was reported missing. Whether or not this proves to be anything, the more tips, the better, so that investigators can find Nancy! The FBI has offered a $100,000 reward for information leading to the recovery of Nancy Guthrie, and/or the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in her disappearance.
