by Stephanie SoteriouBuzzFeedBuzzFeed Staff The moment that Piers Morgan was informed that his name appears in the Epstein Files was captured in his YouTube show Uncensored earlier this week, with the 60-year-old British star vehemently denying his guest, Lady Victoria Hervey's, claim. Uncensored / Via youtube.com As you're probably aware, more than three million pages of documents, images, and videos were recently released by the Department of Justice as part of the Epstein Files Transparency Act earlier this month. This release gives a harrowing insight into government records related to the investigations, prosecutions, and associated matters involving convicted child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and other powerful individuals. Rick Friedman / Getty Images BuzzFeed can confirm that Piers's name does appear in the files 29 times - but there is no suggestion that he was involved in any of the crimes linked to Epstein and his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell. Carl Court / Getty Images For reference, Epstein died in prison in 2019. Meanwhile, Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence after being convicted of sex trafficking of a minor and other charges in 2021. She was first arrested in 2020, with federal prosecutors saying that Maxwell helped procure young girls for Epstein. Patrick Mcmullan / Getty Images Tons of other high-profile names appear in the newly-released documents, with some being linked to heinous crimes and others being mentioned in passing. And during her appearance on Piers's show, Victoria mentioned the fact that his name is in the documents. Dave Benett / Getty Images Kicking off, Victoria told Piers: "Look, everything ended up in the Epstein files... Like I'm even in your file." Piers was shocked by this, retorting: "You're in what? Sorry??" Uncensored / Via youtube.com "I'm in your Epstein File," Victoria repeated, to which a visibly confused Piers asked: "What Epstein File?" Victoria told him: "Well, you're in it obviously, because you're not a loser." Needless to say, Piers was disgusted by this remark, and told his guest: "We're going to come to that ridiculous statement in a moment, but what are you referring to?!" Uncensored / Via youtube.com "I'm referring to you being in the Epstein Files, of course," Victoria told him. Piers then asked: "For what?" Victoria calmly said: "Just, you know, being at a drinks party, possibly with Ghislaine, just talking about you. You must have read it, surely." Uncensored / Via youtube.com "Yeah, that's not in the files," Piers confidently rebuked, but Victoria insisted that it is. Piers doubled down: "No, that was from her deposition months ago. I promise you. It's not in the files," But Victoria argued: "I saw it, I've read your whole file." Uncensored / Via youtube.com "You can literally search all three million documents in people's names, I'm not in it," Piers countered. Victoria was having none of it, telling him: "You are in it! You're in the Epstein Files, Piers!" Uncensored / Via youtube.com "The only connection I've ever had to either of them, as I've said many times, is I met Ghislaine Maxwell for five minutes at a book launch in New York," Piers then said. "She was then asked about that in her lengthy testimony. And she said under oath that that was the only time she ever met me, and I never met Epstein or anything else." Uncensored / Via youtube.com "But just Google yourself in that government website, you come up quite a lot," Victoria said, and then Piers replied: "No, you're talking about other people talking about me. We're talking about the Epstein File dump that came on Friday."
