"As an athlete, same as herself, she's unapologetically herself, and she always has a smile on her face," Garrett told NBC Chicago in February 2026. "She loves doing what she does, and you can kind of see her style and her attitude, her personality [in] the way that she performs, and it's beautiful to watch."
