James Van Der Beek's on-screen momma just shared a heartbreaking post mourning his death. As we've been following, James died at age 48 on Wednesday after his fight with cancer. James, my gracious warrior, you fought a hard battle against all odds with such quiet strength and dignity. I will always love and admire you for that.
