"If he needs to come, he needs to come, but I think there's better places he could have actually gone," one woman told Daily Express. _ A second anonymous woman told the publication she's "not enamored" with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor living in the area. "They [the royals] are dumping their royal rubbish on us," she said. _ A third person pointed out that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's new living situation is anything but a punishment.
