As per reports from leading South Korean publications, Jennie has recently bought a building in the Yongsan district for KRW 20 billion, which is approximately 14 million or Rs 125,81,15,000. However, fans have been discussing about the fact that Jennie paid the entire amount in cash. The reports further suggest that Jennie bought the property in May 2025. The ownership transfer for the property was completed in December 2025.
