Quinton Aaron's brother and "spiritual wife" have lodged allegations against each other in separate back-to-back police filings as The Blind Side actor recovers in the hospital from a spinal stroke, Us Weekly can exclusively report. Jarred Aaron filed a police report in Cobb County, Georgia, on January 31 against Quinton's "wife," Margarita, listing the crime as "suspicious activity." In the report obtained exclusively by Us, Jarred claimed he had been staying with the couple at a shared apartment "for about a week." He informed the officer that his brother, Quinton, had been transported to the hospital on January 23 and was "in critical condition with a spinal injury." Jarred told law enforcement their family was "concerned as Margaret had been making statements about wanting to hurt people." (In response, Margaret told Us, "No. That is not true at all.") While Margarita denied most of Jarred's claims, she confirmed to Us that she "never" threatened Quinton. She also stated that Jarred "has not seen any domestic violence because Quinton and I share a loving relationship." She added, "It's sad to say because these people live in this state (Georgia) and other states and they don't know anything and we call them daily." Jarred also claimed in the police filing that "nobody was on scene" during Quinton's alleged "fall" on January 23, leading to the actor being hospitalized and later on life support. Quinton Aaron's Spiritual Wife 'Banned' From Hospital Room, She Responds "I was on scene. I called 911. And I was there when the ambulance people walked through the door. Margarita told Us. "And he has not seen any domestic violence because Quinton and I share a loving relationship." Us exclusively obtained the 911 call. In the audio, a female caller told the 911 operator that Quinton couldn't move and was "shaking uncontrollably" as she requested help. There also isn't any mention of an alleged "fall" in the audio. In the report, Jarred told the officer that his family was unsure about her information. (On February 3, Quinton's relatives publicly questioned the legitimacy of the pair's marriage and accused Margarita of not being a registered nurse, as well as being married to someone other than Quinton.) However, Margarita previously admitted to Us that she's in "the process of getting divorced" from her ex and "is spiritually married to Quinton." Quinton Aaron Is 'in a Jovial Mood' After Spinal Stroke, Family Says As for Margarita, she later filed a police report against Aaron, accusing him of theft by taking. In the report obtained by Us dated February 3, she claimed Jarred had been "taking" her stuff, which allegedly totaled around $4,400 in clothing, makeup and a pair of headphones. "She did not specify how many items were taken and gave a rough estimate on how much the items were," the officer noted in their report, adding that Jarred "advised he did not take her stuff." Margaret told police that she allegedly paid for the apartment, which she claimed was an Airbnb, and Jarred was only supposed to be staying with them "until he found a job." It's worth noting that Quinton was identified as her "boyfriend" in the police report. Despite trying to get him removed from the home, police informed Margaret and Jarred that they both "had rights to the apartment and nobody could be removed," per the report, but law enforcement suggested a "separation." Us reached out to Jarred for comment. The Aaron family's relationship with Margarita has been strained, with the actor's loved ones publicly claiming they were investigating their suspicions about her further. Sources close to Quinton's family exclusively told Us last week that Margarita had been "banned" from his hospital room. Quinton has continued his recovery, with his relatives giving a positive update on his condition ahead of the Super Bowl. "Quinton is in a jovial mood, now laughing and smiling and is communicating to the best of his ability while he continues to recover," they said in a statement on February 6. "He's watching TV and getting ready to root for his favorite team this weekend."
