Here's what they said: Warning: Mentions of rape, assault, and domestic violence. 1. "It pisses me the hell off that Mel Gibson has made a full comeback after beating the shit out of his girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva to the point he allegedly broke her teeth. Mel should've been locked up for years. Yet now no one seems to remember or care, and lately people are even defending him. Fuck every single one. If friends or family express interest in a movie of his, I always bring it up to remind them of what kind of creature that beast is." Michael Caulfield/OG -colleend9 According to ABC News, Gibson denied the allegations, and in 2011, "Gibson plead guilty to a charge of misdemeanor battery against Grigorieva, his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his 1-year-old daughter, and avoided jail time in exchange for 36 months of informal probation, community service, a year of domestic violence counseling and $570 in fines." The story continued, "Grigorieva accused Gibson of egregious acts: hitting her and their daughter, whom she was holding in her arms, punching her in the mouth and breaking her teeth, and verbally berating her during numerous phone calls." "Mel Gibson is also a noted racist, anti-Semite, and misogynist. How anyone can give him even a modicum of respect is beyond me. I noticed he's doing a sequel to The Passion of the Christ. Wild, because he is probably the least qualified person to do so." Handout / Getty Images -shabooshabah In 2006, following a drunk driving arrest in Malibu, a leaked police report revealed that Gibson launched into an anti-Semitic rant, telling the officer, "The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world" and asking, "Are you a Jew?" He later apologized for the "despicable" remarks, citing a long battle with alcoholism. "Neil Patrick Harris serving a food platter at his Halloween party, modeled to look like Amy Winehouse's corpse. And this was just three months after she died. He's a sick bastard." Jamie McCarthy -h16725550136 In May 2022, a photo originally taken in 2011 at a Halloween party hosted by Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka resurfaced on Twitter. It showed that they served a graphic meat platter labeled as "The Corpse of Amy Winehouse." The incident caused significant backlash due to its insensitive nature, occurring only three months after the singer's death from alcohol poisoning. It was regrettable then, and it remains regrettable now. Amy Winehouse was a once-in-a-generation talent, and I'm sorry for any hurt this image caused." Christopher Polk / FilmMagic 4. "Jon Hamm. I'm so sick of him getting a pass when he literally tortured someone." Mike Marsland / Mike Marsland/WireImage -h16725550136 In 1990, Jon Hamm participated in a violent hazing at the University of Texas. In fact, it was so violent that the incident led to criminal charges and to the fraternity chapter permanently disbanding. The victim, Mark Allen Sanders, said he was "severely beaten, dragged by a hammer, and had his pants lit on fire." The pledge also said that Hamm participated "till the very end." Mbell / Getty Images According to the Hollywood Reporter, Sanders said, "Hamm went on to set his jeans on fire, shove his face in dirt, and strike him with a paddle. [...] Sanders said he needed medical care and withdrew from the school. Court records show the lawsuit was dismissed in 1993."
