Kyle Richards is returning to scripted television. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star appears in season 4 of Netflix's The Lincoln Lawyer, which premiered in February 2026. The legal drama follows Mickey Haller, a lawyer who runs his practice out of the back of his Lincoln Navigator. Richards' role in the show was announced in April 2025. Ahead of the new season, the Bravolebrity reflected on her reality TV career, admitting that she never thought she would be on RHOBH for more than 10 years. "As more time goes on, I did not think I'd be here," she told Parade. "I remember thinking, year five, I'd be out. Here I am going on year 15, so of course, that day will come. "I think people forget [my acting career] because it gets overshadowed with Housewives, but I'm always doing things here and there," she continued. "I was really happy to come back to the Halloween franchise and do my other guest roles here and there, and I just did something else recently on another show coming out on Netflix ... I won't always be doing reality television, but I hope to always be acting and producing television like I've been doing, and that's what brings me the greatest joy." Kyle Richards told Parade that scripted TV feels "very different" than reality TV. "When you're playing a character versus, you know, you're just sitting there as yourself. [It's] two completely different worlds," she added. "For me, I was just in acting, character mode, not thinking about that at all." In December 2025, Richards told Bravo's The Daily Dish that she's "excited" to pursue more acting roles, as well as producing projects. "For me, you know, being able to come up with ideas and stories is very therapeutic for me," she explained. "My favorite thing I like to do when I'm alone is come up with stories, and that's how this came about."
