A Texas man has been arrested for allegedly fatally shooting his mother in front of his 9-year-old daughter after he learned that she was evicting him for not paying property taxes. Bexar County court records state that Frank Falcon has been accused of one count of capital murder, according to Law & Crime. Falcon's mother, Linda Webster, was shot to death on July 14, 2022, at a house on Gillette Boulevard in San Antonio, Texas, on July 14, 2022. In addition to killing Linda, 66, her husband and Falcon's stepfather, Mark Webster, was also injured.
