Founded by restaurateur Emil Stefkov of The Group Hospitality, the team behind La Grande Boucherie, Boucherie, and Omakase Room, Olio e Più is known for its quintessential neighborhood charm, authentic Italian dishes, and vintage yet refined décor. The restaurant's concept draws inspiration from La Dolce Vita, or "the sweet life," emphasizing the shared meal at the heart of Italian culture.
The new outpost brings the same spirit offering housemade pastas such as Spaghetti Alla Carbonara and Ravioli di Short Ribs al Ragu; a mix of Italian classics and seasonal dishes, including Fritto Primovera, Branzino alla Pantesca, and Tagliata e Verdure, all led by Executive Chef Emmanuel Niess. A robust wine program is also offered, alongside a variety of classic and seasonal cocktails. The 130-seat restaurant evokes the warmth of an Italian countryside with extensive greenery, warm wood finishes, hanging antique chandeliers, and hand-picked art pieces. Guests can enjoy a space with local charm just steps from Bryant Park with the same warm hospitality that has made the original Olio e Più a New York favorite.
