Cops have been urging anyone with information to reach out with tips during the search for Savannah Guthrie's missing mother, and now one neighbor is speaking out about what he saw in the days before this true crime nightmare. Related: Where Exactly Nancy Guthrie May Have Been Taken, According To Ransom Note Clues Brett McIntire, who lives across the street from Nancy, told the New York Post on Thursday that he reported an unmarked van to authorities. The police were asking him basic questions about what he saw in the days before Nancy's disappearance (she was last seen on Saturday night), and he recalled the vehicle: "It was somewhere on that street. It was a white van, full-sized, with no printing on the sides. It was parked on the street." He added: "Normally people that are coming to work on your home will have a company vehicle or if they're independent, something written on it." Unfortunately, he can't remember what day he saw the van. The 72-year-old is now going to keep an extra close eye on his neighborhood: "From now on when I'm going out and about, I'll have a paper and pen and record anything unusual." His wife, Lisa, added that they've even considered getting a security camera despite having what she believes is a "pretty secure residence." She explained: "Brett and I were talking. And we thought well, we should probably get one. ... We have a pretty secure residence. Metal doors. I'm kind of a deep sleeper, so it's unlikely someone could get past one of the metal doors. But we're a little concerned." An incident like this makes you want to be prepared for anything!
