The Federal Election Commission shared that aside from contributing to MAGA Inc., Musk also gave to the Congressional Leadership Fund and the Senate Leadership Fund. During the 2024 election, Musk reportedly donated $300 million to Trump and Republicans. He was later brought on to manage Trump's new DOGE department. Once his time in the role came to an end, he publicly criticized Trump's One Big, Beautiful Bill and accused the former reality star of being mentioned in the Jeffrey Epstein files. He made the additional $15 million in donations on June 27 - weeks after dropping the Epstein bomb.
