The murder of 40-year-old Lisa Carabello remains unsolved nearly 25 years after she was slashed and stabbed to death in her Pennsylvania home. With the upcoming 25th anniversary of her death on February 8, Pennsylvania State Police are again calling on the public for tips that could help lead them to her killer, according to FOX43. On February 8, 2001, Carabello had been at the top of her stairway inside her Mohnton Borough, Berks County, home when "someone slashed her from behind," state police said in a news release issued in January 2025.
