Alix Earle opened up about how she's been struggling since her split from Braxton Berrios. "Does anyone else feel like they're getting into a funk?" Earle, 25, asked her followers in a Thursday, February 5, TikTok video. "I don't know if it's post-breakup cause I've been really busy with work, but I feel like my mood has been fluctuating a lot and not been the best." Earle shared that she felt "extra tired" but didn't notice the shift in her mood until her dad asked her why she seemed "so sad recently." The influencer added that her malaise was also affecting what she was posting on social media. "Everything I do I'm second-guessing, and I'm like, 'Uh, I suck' and I just delete [it.] I think overall January is a funky month," she reflected. "Every January I tend to overthink like, 'What is next year going to look like? Did I do everything I wanted to do last year?' Everyone is setting goals for themselves and it can be an anxiety-inducing month for some reason." Alix Earle Tearfully Opens Up About Breakup From Braxton Berrios Earle explained that she doesn't feel like she hasn't been "totally sad," as there were some happy moments. However, she admitted that she is struggling to adapt to her new single life. Us Weekly confirmed in December 2025 that Earle and Berrios broke up after two years of dating. Later that month, Earle was spotted in St. Barts ringing in the New Year alongside Tom Brady. "I think entering this period of change has been a little weird for me, and I honestly tend to freak out or get sad or don't feel my best because that doesn't happen to me very often," she admitted. "I think it's really easy to doubt yourself, especially when you're going through a change or even a change within yourself." Earle shared that recently she's been uninspired by the activities she once loved and has been leaning into a "homebody" mindset. "I have to remind myself that I'm going through a breakup," she told the camera. "The first month of the breakup ... I was very sad but also fresh and high off of new emotions." However, Earle felt a shift when things in her life "started to slow down and settle in." Earle added that while she is "sad," she's just not adjusted to the "growing pains" in her life. "I think I went through a really big change in my life, and it sounds silly, but the same time I got out of a relationship was the same time Dancing With the Stars ended," she explained. "I was living in a different bubble of dance land for three months. Which was great and amazing but it was providing me so much joy that I think I felt comfortable to make a scary decision because I felt so good with myself. And then to have two things ripped away at once was like 'Whoa.'" Alix Earle Celebrates 25th B-Day in Sexy Bikini After Braxton Berrios Split Now, Earle is looking to the future as she has a new reality show with her family in the works. "What we've even filmed so far - it's just a lot more, I think, than you guys are used to seeing of me," she teased of what to expect from the show. "I keep getting in my head, like, 'Oh, my gosh, are people gonna hate me?' But I don't want to hold myself back." Earle also added that if anyone else was in the same boat as her at the moment she hopes they know that they are "not alone."
