Sai Pallavi has won six Filmfare Awards South over the course of her career. These include multiple wins across different languages and categories such as Best Female Debut, Best Actress, and Best Actress (Critics') for Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil films. She won the Debut award for her role in Premam. Her latest win includes the award in the Best Actress - Tamil category for her critically acclaimed performance in the 2022 film Gargi. During her appearance at the 67th Filmfare Awards South, Sai Pallavi won two awards.
