The streamer is set to distribute Legendary Entertainment's highly anticipated live-action Gundam movie, with Sydney Sweeney and Noah Centineo attached to headline the cast, sources tell Deadline. As per reports, Netflix is stepping into the world of mecha. The project marks the first-ever live-action feature film set in the Gundam universe, one of the most influential and commercially successful anime franchises of all time. Sweet Tooth director Jim Mickle is on board to helm the film from his own script and will also produce alongside Linda Moran under their banner, Nightshade.
