The singer died from cardiac arrest, acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease, according to a death certificate obtained by U.K.'s The Sun on Tuesday, August 5. On Tuesday, July 22, Osbourne's family confirmed in a statement to Us Weekly that the Black Sabbath frontsman had died at the age of 76.
