In the post, Nick and Natalie posed with their 2-year-old daughter, River, who is wearing a "big sis" sweater as her parents show off a sonogram. The 27-year-old momma's baby bump is also on full display in the pictures. Another photo shows their toddler leaning in for a kiss with Natalie as Nick holds her.
