A judge has allowed late General Hospital star Johnny Wactor's mom to gain access to his laptop and iPhone, nearly two years after his murder, Us Weekly can exclusively report. During a January 21 hearing held in Los Angeles Superior Court, Scarlett Wactor's petition was granted after the court instructed Apple to provide Scarlett with Johnny's log-in information for his devices. Apple was also ordered to assist Scarlett in obtaining Johnny's personal data. As Us first reported, Scarlett had been struggling to get a judge to sign off on the request for several months.
