It's been announced that global superstar Chappell Roan will be joining the Fortnite Festival as the game's next icon this week. Chappell, who is a long term fan of Fortnite, follows in the footsteps of Sabrina Carpenter, Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish and Ariana Grande in becoming part of the franchise. She will be the game's next Icon as Season 13 kicks off on February 5. Not only will she be the headliner for the Fortnite Season 13 in-game event, but players will be able to purchase and unlock Chappell Roan-inspired skins. These include the Roan of Arc, inspired by her 2024 VMAs performance. There will also be new accessories including the Pink Pony Star Back Bling, Midwest Princess Keytar, Subway Serenader Mic, and Drumset Supernova. credit: Epic Games Fans will also be able to purchase 'Pink Pony Club' and 'Femininomenon' emotes in the Fortnite shop, whilst the Main Stage design will feature a medieval castle-look, inspired by Chappell's Visions of Damsels & Other Dangerous Things. If that wasn't enough, some of Chappell's biggest hits including 'Hot To Go!', 'Pink Pony Club', and 'The Giver' have been added to the festival's music library. Chappell's collaboration with Fortnite comes a year after she made a public plea on Radio 1 with Jack Saunders, asking the developers to "Please give me a skin, please".
