Jill Biden's ex-husband, Bill Stevenson, has been charged with the murder of his wife, Linda Stevenson, more than one month after she was found unresponsive in their Delaware home in December 2025. The New Castle County Police Department confirmed in a press release that Bill, 78, was indicted on a first-degree murder charge and taken into custody without incident on Monday, February 2. Bill was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 2 and is currently being held at Howard Young Correctional Institution, according to police. His bail was set at $500,000, though he has not paid the fee.
