In their first-ever live performance outside of the U.S., EJAE (Rumi), Audrey Nuna (Mira) and Rei Ami (Zoey), the singing voices of HUNTR/X, are set to perform their now-Grammy-winning hit "Golden" at Britain's biggest night for film on Feb. 22. "Performing at the EE BAFTA Film Awards is a golden moment that our younger selves could never have imagined," said Ejae, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami. "We're so proud to represent Netflix's KPop Demon Hunters and spread the film's positive message to fans around the globe." Swinton and Her Director Share What the World Can Learn From the Island Nation Emma Baehr, executive director of awards & content at BAFTA, added that KPop Demon Hunters has had a "phenomenal impact on the hearts and minds of audiences of all ages around the world" since its release last summer. "We are thrilled the talented singers behind HUNTR/X will bring their K-pop energy to the EE BAFTA Film Awards next month," she said. Since its release in June, Maggie Kang and Chris Appelhans' animated musical has skyrocketed to prestigious awards and critical acclaim, becoming Netflix's most popular film of all time in the process. The movie has, to date, amassed over 500 million streams and been nominated for an Oscar for best animated feature film. "Golden," the headline track, has also scored an Academy Award nod for best original song. It was the most-streamed song globally last year and in 2026 so far, approaching an eye-watering four billion total streams. The 2026 EE BAFTA Film Awards will be live on BBC One and BBC iPlayer on Sunday, Feb. 22 from the Royal Festival Hall at London's Southbank Center. Alan Cumming is set to host. Nominations were unveiled late January with One Battle After Another leading the field.
