For the first time since the summer, Tom Brady had a free Sunday on February 1. With nothing but time to kill, he began posting to his Instagram Story -- and from the looks of it, he just might have some ulterior motives. At least, according to fan speculation. "So, this is what you do on a Sunday," Brady, 48, wrote over a selfie taken while lying down on his couch. The second slide, which he later deleted, showed Brady lying on his side. "OK, major move," he wrote. "From the couch back to bed... This is what Sunday is all about." Tom Brady Shares Cryptic Message After Flirty Alix Earle Video Goes Viral No one could fault Brady for taking it easy on the one quiet weekend of a busy five-months-long season, especially with the Super Bowl just a week away. But social media users seem to think he's angling for someone's attention. "He's posting like a girl who has a crush," wrote a user on X named Kelli, who attached both photos. Courtesy of Tom Brady/Instagram The replies and quotes seemed to be in agreement, with someone else chiming in, "Even Tom Brady is not immune to posting like a teenage girl to get his sneaky links attention." Another added that the timing makes sense, considering his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, had just posted photos of her own. "Well Gisele posted photos of her one year old's bday," they wrote. "I was fully expecting this." Alix Earle Flaunts Her Bikini Body After Flirty NYE Outing With Tom Brady Bündchen, 45, posted a photo of her son, whom she shares with husband Joaquim Valente, on Wednesday, January 28, to celebrate his first birthday. (The couple has not revealed his name. Bündchen and Brady also share son Benjamin, 16, and daughter Vivian 13.) "I can't believe it's already been over a year since you came to bless our lives," she wrote in the caption. "Thank you, God, for so much." While fans continue to have fun at Brady's supposed desperation online, he's remained cagey about his private life. Us Weekly reported in January that the former quarterback is getting closer to influencer Alix Earle, with whom he spent New Year's Eve in St. Barths, sparking dating rumors. "[Alix] and Tom have still been texting since New Year's," a source exclusively told Us at the time, adding that they even met up at the College Football Playoff championship game. "They knew each other would be at the game, but it wasn't a planned event together." "She's having fun right now," the source added. "She's into Tom but it's still nothing serious." "Alix and Tom were together the entire night on New Year's Eve partying at a party hosted by Palm Tree Crew in St. Barths," a second source told Us earlier in the month. "They met through mutual friends who were also in St. Barths and had an instant connection. There was a lot of chemistry between them." Neither Brady nor Earle, 25, have publicly addressed the status of their relationship, but the New England Patriots legend told People that he doesn't "have much time for a personal life." "But I love working, and I love my kids," he told the outlet in January. "I like to be busy and try to really stay fulfilled in the things I'm doing, so I'm working on some really cool projects and I'm involved with some great teams of people that are doing some really positive things."
