On January 14, a hearing was held in the divorce brought by Smokoff against Robert, who remains behind bars over alleged assault and trespassing accusations. Robert did not appear in court. The court granted Smokoff a default divorce decree. The docs state the exes did not have children or any marital property. The settlement states that both parties are capable of earning money and neither will be awarded alimony.
