Harry tops this week's UK Singles Chart with his latest offering 'Aperture', whilst Louis is number one on the UK Albums Chart with his third offering How Did I Get Here?. This marks the first ever post-One Direction chart double. As a group, One Direction achieved the chart double back in 2012 when 'Little Things' and Take Me Home hit the top spot on the Official Singles and Albums Chart concurrently.
