Danny Elfman is paying tribute to Catherine O'Hara. A day after the sudden death of the 71-year-old actress on Friday, he took to Instagram to mourn the loss. If you don't know, the longtime Tim Burton collaborator/composer sang for the character Jack Skellington and voiced the characters Barrell and The Clown with the Tear-Away Face in the film, while Catherine voiced Sally and Shock. Alongside several pictures of them together, Danny wrote: "I'm still in shock. Friend, colleague, comrade in mischief, for nearly 40 years. Her talent was truly remarkable. She will be deeply missed." Related: Catherine O'Hara Joked About Her Own Mortality Nearly A Year Before Her Sudden Death Oof.
