Kylie Jenner is laying the groundwork for her next era - literally. The beauty mogul showed off the latest renovation updates on her ever-evolving Hidden Hills mansion in January 2026. The project has been years in the making as she purchased the sprawling five-acre lot from Miley Cyrus in 2020 for $15 million. At the time, Jenner had reportedly submitted plans to build an 18,000-square-foot main house, which was full of luxe features including a 12-car garage, a guest house, a stunning pool, and a sports court on the lot, according to Architectural Digest. Plus, there are reportedly additional structures on the land including a separate guest house. Aerial images of the mansion captured in August 2025 showed that Jenner had olive trees planted around the property, giving her abode a European-style ambiance with more privacy.
