A nursing home in Canfield, Ohio, has been accused of lying to the family of a 75-year-old woman about a "worsening" Stage 4 pressure ulcer that she later died from, according to a lawsuit. Judy Marsh's family is suing Windsor House at Canfield for allegedly not taking care of their loved one amid her declining health. The family claimed that staff had been "encouraging" Marsh to turn and reposition herself in bed while "not actually turning her," despite it being "required" to reposition her every two hours, according to her family's legal complaint viewed by Us Weekly.
