She underwent an upper and lower bleph, which is an eyelid surgery to remove excess skin, along with getting some fat grafting done. We know what you're probably thinking: What the heck is fat grafting? According to Jessi, she dissolved her facial fillers and used fat instead to help "produce collagen" in the areas of her face after losing weight.
