Paul Dano is speaking out about Quentin Tarantino's shady AF comments for the first time! Back in December, the 62-year-old director made some brutal comments about Paul, Matthew Lillard, and Owen Wilson. When we say brutal, we aren't kidding! Quentin was SUPER harsh toward the beloved actors to the point where many thought he crossed a line. He called Paul "a weak, weak, uninteresting guy" and "the weakest f**king actor in [the Screen Actors Guild]," while also saying he doesn't "care" for Matthew and Owen. Ouch. Hollywood celebs and fans alike fiercely defended Paul and the other two stars following the mean remarks, and Paul is now forever thankful for all of the support. Ahead of the 20th anniversary screening of Little Miss Sunshine at the Sundance Film Festival, Variety asked the 41-year-old about Quentin's comments. But before he could answer, his co-star Toni Collette chimed in to bash the filmmaker: "Are we really going there? F**k that guy! He must've been high... it was just confusing. Who does that?" It was definitely so uncalled for! Paul then took a moment to express gratitude for everyone speaking up for him on social media, saying: "That was really nice. I was also incredibly grateful that the world spoke up for me so I didn't have to." What a classy response! Just goes to show why he is so loved by everyone in Hollywood! Well, except for Quentin! But as Toni said, eff that guy! LOLz! Reactions, Perezcious readers? Let us know in the comments (below)!
