by Stephanie SoteriouBuzzFeedBuzzFeed Staff As you may have seen, earlier this week, Harry Styles fans were left outraged when his upcoming Together Together Tour went on sale with astronomical ticket prices. Kevin Winter / Getty Images The sale came just days after Harry announced his return to the stage, with the star set to perform more than 50 shows in just seven cities: Amsterdam, London, São Paolo, Mexico City, New York, Melbourne, and Sydney. Joseph Okpako / Getty Images His only date in the United States is a 30-night residency in Madison Square Garden, a move that had already been widely criticized by fans, who pointed out that most will have to factor in travel and accommodation expenses if they want to attend the tour. Chicago Tribune / Getty Images So, when the presale went live on Monday and fans discovered that one single seat could set them back over $1,000, that criticism turned into widespread backlash. For reference, one person shared a screenshot as they said that "every seat" available for them to buy at MSG was $1,179.40 before taxes. FYI, while the ticket in the screenshot is described as "Official Platinum," it is a standard seat that does not include any additional perks or VIP benefits. One more reposted screenshots of Harry's Amsterdam tickets that ranged from €348.62 to €828.62 and wrote: "sorry but unless harry is performing the setlist of my choice in my fucking bedroom, this is disgusting." Nbc / Getty Images Ticketmaster previously stated that these high prices were not a reflection of dynamic pricing on their end, and that the cost of the tickets had been determined by Harry's team. While in the online queue, fans were presented with the following message: "Tickets for this event have been priced in advance by the tour from $50 - $1,182.40, including service fees. Ticket prices will not change during the presale or onsale. Price ranges do not apply to VIP packages. Tickets are subject to availability." Kevin Mazur / Getty Images Needless to say, the whole thing sparked intense scrutiny, with one person tweeting: "$1000 for lower bowl at msg is genuinely the most insulting thing ive ever seen. that's one months rent." Another viral tweet added: "harry styles i want you to stand in the pit and not let anyone walk in unless they hand you $1200 in cash . look every fan in the eye and ask them for $1200." Kevin Winter / Getty Images Meanwhile, a tweet that has been liked more than 18,000 times notes: "i'm so glad people are calling harry out, because he's genuinely lost his mind." Angela Weiss / Getty Images And it seems as though Harry's former One Direction bandmate Zayn Malik feels the same way, with many believing that he threw subtle shade during his show in Las Vegas on Wednesday night. Michael Loccisano / Getty Images If you need reminding, Harry first found fame when he auditioned for the British version of The X Factor back in 2010, where he became one fifth of One Direction alongside Zayn, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, and Liam Payne. Zayn left the group in March 2015, and the band went on an indefinite hiatus nine months later. Gareth Cattermole / Getty Images In a video from Zayn's concert, the 33-year-old star can be seen interacting with the crowd, saying to them: "Who's from Vegas? Who's from elsewhere? I just want to say a big, big thank you to each and every single one of you for being here with me tonight. You could have been anywhere, but you decided to spend your night with me." TikTok @dangerousallan / Via tiktok.com "Hopefully the ticket prices weren't too high," he then quipped as the crowd's cheers got noticeably louder. Zayn then teased: "Just saying! Anyway... Erm... Who wants to hear another song?" One incredibly viral tweet references the fact that Zayn was publicly messy on social media shortly after he left One Direction, reading: "oh hell.. 2026 really is 2016, welcome back zayn malik." Jamie Mccarthy / Getty Images "I cant believe im witnessing sassy zayn return..." somebody else joked, while another reacted to a different angle of the video as they w
