Many Tennessee residents are sharing their experiences with Winter Storm Fern, which wreaked havoc in and around the Nashville area. The region is trying to get back to normal after Fern dumped snow, sleet, freezing rain and ice on much of the East Coast in recent days. According to The Tennessean, the storm resulted in crippled roads, snapped trees and power poles, downed power lines and stranded residents. There were eight confirmed weather-related fatalities in Tennessee, according to the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency, as of Tuesday, January 27.
