Brandi Glanville is shutting down haters. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 53, clapped back at a hater who criticized her makeup at the Sundance Film Festival via Instagram on Tuesday, January 27. After showing off her new look at the festival, which was held on Sunday, January 25, a troll commented on her post, "You are looking better but please new makeup artist." Glanville fired back at the hater, replying, "It was me..I tried 😩." More of her fans came to her defense in the comments section. One wrote, "ignore that. People are mean because they have nothing better to do than try and put people down to make themselves feel better," while another added, "You look beautiful." The Bravo star previously debuted her new look after undergoing a cosmetic procedure on Sunday, January 25. "Thank you Dr. Nicholas Nikolov the amazing CellSound and for preparing me for the Sundance Film festival & looking forward PBM Princess movie event at Kemo Sabe," she captioned a pic of herself. Her chic ensembles come one month after she told TMZ that she finally got to the bottom of her facial disfigurement, but didn't disclose what the cause of it was. Through the years, the TV personality has been candid about her health issues, sharing in December 2024 that she believed it all started after a girls' trip in 2023. Courtesy of Brandi Glanville/X "We had food sitting out for hours on end and some of it was meat. In Morocco," she told Entertainment Tonight at the time. "Six months after I got back from Morocco, I started having this speaking thing and the swelling up thing, it started in July and we're still here trying to figure it out." She also revealed that she had spent $70,000 to try and figure out what was causing the disfigurement. "Honestly, I have so many doctors and I've had so many tests ... I did lab work for $10,000," she shared. "I ran every test under the sun ... They're like, 'It could be a parasite.' That's, you know, new." Glanville also noted that she was "on meds" for the "whole year." In August 2025, she exclusively gave an update to Us Weekly about her health issues. She told Us that she turned to infectious disease doctor Dr. Michael Scoma to look into the infection caused by a parasite. Brandi Glanville Makes 1st Public Appearance Amid Face Parasite Battle "I always joke my life is like The Last of Us. I'm just turning into one of those black mold people," she said. "That's how I felt. I have lumps on my face and they're moving around." Glanville went on to say that Dr. Michael Scoma "wouldn't know if there was a parasite or not, because he didn't treat [her] early on." "But if there was, it would have been gone by now," she added. "A lot of this infection, in this deep tissue - the staph infection, and there's other problems happening - it mimics a parasite. It has this fluid that jumps around your face because it's spreading."
